The pricey pud was commissioned by a man who wanted to create a unique and personalised cupcake for his wife's 40th birthday.

Sounds more like what is termed a "1%er", I suspect his political bent is probably more conservative than liberal.

If he "earned" the money he oughta be able to do whatever he wants with it......
