I saw an article in National Revue today that says he is being sued to the tune of $45.5 million.

Judgement for 45 mil has been entered against him.

It won't stand due to punitive damage caps. More importantly, he's an asshole, but can you sue every asshole?

Of course not, they are too prevalent. But I'm reminded of the old tale of the person throwing starfish from the beach back into the sea + was told, "well, you can't save them all." The reply was,
