And so, the simple answer is to start killing more people. We could start with the people spending extended periods of time in prison and then, perhaps, move to second and third generation welfare professionals. Another partial solution might be an aggressive sterilization of habitual under achievers (both sexes). It seems the people that are crying about global warming are the same ones whining about world hunger and are loudly pro life. Seems kinda paradoxical to me.
