Another outlandish claim...

Idaho SharpshooterAnother outlandish claim...
I make this claim for all of AR-dom to read and comment on:
I purchased a new, 2015 Totota Tundra Limited 4-door pickup earlier this month.
It is a dark gray, fairly close in color to my old Jaguar convertible.
One of the cool things about it, the rear window has a power feature to open the window, it's entire width.
Gray leather interior, with heated bucket seats, and power windows and a monster stereo. Oh, yeah, power sunroof too.
For those of you who will require independent confirmation, Tom Scott Toyota in Nampa, Idaho.
take care,
ISS
PS: I did not win the lottery last night, so there will be no pictures of me in a new Aventador or Enzo.

Woodrow SI sure hope they got the rusted out frame issue resolved by now. Large, as in millions.. recall on their trucks...frames rotting out in just a few years. Probably due to the inferior scrap metal they purchase from recyclers(AKA junk yards). I wouldn't touch a Toyota myself...I am all about the bowtie. Real steel. 2500HD extend cab 4x4 Silverado fully loaded to be specific. Nothing can hold a candle to it....although I do like the newer Ram's with the hemi.

Idaho Sharpshooterarkypete,
it has 4-wheeldrive and the 381 horse 5.8L V-8. I've already taken trash to the landfill, and brought lumber home. My Father always told me "Real pickups can lay an 8-foot sheet of plywood or 8-foot 2x4's in the bed and then close the tailgate..." Mine's just 5 1/2 foot, but plywood and 2x4x8's will fit. I figure it will keep soccer moms from tailgating.
I think one of the Top Ten smells of all time is a new vehicle with that "new car/truck smell", especially leather.
Tell Ted if he wants to call off the mini-feud he can PM me and say so.

Idaho SharpshooterI said "mini". Just differences on how we see life at times.
I would say that we are both very opinionated people, comes from being born in Missouri, Cape Girardeau in my case.
You are absolutely correct on the rhino liner.
Can't do the tonneau cover, the wife has already said the bed is for transporting her and her friend's Mtn Bikes up to the mountains to cruise the trails. Here are these four ladies in the 45-65 age group on Mtn Bikes all packing.

I'm sure it's a lovely machine, I'm still more interested in the old square boxy Toyotas.
Have fun with your new machine and keep spraying the new leather smell in it.
