I understand that 43 members of [a committee??] are responsible for an honorary Academy Award - some sort of lifetime achievement award, perhaps - that will be given to the French director, Goddard. Please provide a link to the identification of these 43 people.

So far, what I've located are the names of the academy's board of governors. I am uncertain this is the definitive list I seek. I think I remember seeing Michael Moore's name on a partial list of persons responsible.

I want to be certain I identify these people to assure myself that I will not contribute a solitary cent to their incomes.
