Von GruffThere are some georgous pieces of art there indeed. To me a knife needs to be able to go hunting and get in the blood and the hair.

Absolutely, and if I bought one of the ones I liked, it would! Gotta be field compliant!!!

GatogordoIt's like the old saw, if you have to ask the price, you can't afford them, so I'm not asking.......but I'd like some of his models, beautiful knives, with the scrimshaw by Attila Harmat of Hungary.

HonkeyBeautiful indeed, but even if I was LOADED I could never spend more that a few hundred on ANY knife. Actually if I was in a prison shower and someone was selling knives I would but one at any price.

These are beautiful pieces of art, and yes they can probably cut things as well, but they are more like functional jewelry than tools.
I can wrap my little mind around the supposed "need" for a double rifle that costs upwards of 10K, even though I have successfully hunted all manner of DG long before I ever plunged into DR territory with a good old reliable bolt gun. HOWEVER I can't see the reason why anyone would ever "need" a 3 thousand dollar pocket knife.
