OK I'll smile when I carve the turkey .But I use a 8" slicer not my kukri for that.

Gurkha knives are big among the US cops here in Afghanistan. We use Gurkhas for our security team. Having the gurkhas bring back kukries (sp) from vacationing in Nepal is very common.

Now they primarily use them for beheading their goats. I was amazed at how the gurkhas eat everything between the lips and asshole. Lou
