Barlow pocket knives
I've always liked the two blade Barlow but it seems to be harder to find a good one these days.

When I was too young to know better I got a Case Barlow with CS blades at a garage sale for cheap. I carried it every day until I let my cousin trade it away from me. I thought I was doing ok in the trade as he gave up a Camillus Barlow and some other one with stainless steel blades. I managed to loose the Camillus when out fishing. I'd like to get something similar in CS. 1095 or D2 would be good.

Any ideas?

Contact Ken Coats if you want custom. I'm guessing $350-500

Dang nice on the Coats.
I was hoping Moore Maker had one as They make a good working knife at a reasonable cost. Thought maybe someone knew of another small maker that did them.

They have a Case 1920 / 1940 tang stamp, two blade reproduction. $99.99

Other Case Barlows are "out of stock" -- but should be back in stock sooner or later.

And 124 other Barlow patterns, 1 blade, 2 blade. I didn't see any Camillus. But they have Schatt & Morgan.

A. Hamilton "The Federalist, No. 29, 'Concerning the Militia'"

[I]f circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist.
