considering that the stone knife was one of the first tools man made....and we still use knives now......and you can make other tools that you need if you have a knife.........it's no wonder.

Don't let the politicians see this...No.7 is a rifle....after all, all good politically correct people know that there is no valid purpose for owning a firearm! Defining it as a tool would put that thinking into serious jeopardy!
