I really prefer the Lansky (deluxe kit with the 5 stones). I recently discovered this little God Send and have fell in love. I have never been good with just a stone and have resorted to those Accusharp type sharpeners but was never fully satisfied with the results. After playing with and getting the technique down with the Lansky kit, I'll never go back!
