brandoninazCheck out
www.bladeforums.comYou have to pay to post in the for sale section. I have seen the custom knives selling pretty quick in the knife maker forum, but I haven't paid attention to their regular exchange forum.
Good Luck

shakariI'd have thought the best way to sell quality knives to the general public, esp in the longer term would be on the internet but not on something like a knifemaking forum, simply because for every potential buyer on a site like that, you're gonna have umpteen other makers all trying to sell thir products in competition with you.
FWIW, We don't currently have a handmade knife section on our shakariconnection site but I see no reason why we couldn't.......... if it's of interest, email me at shakari3@mweb.co.za and maybe we could work something out?

Josh A.This is an interesting subject. My brother and I bought a gunshop in Abilene, Tx a few months ago that has been in business for 27 years. I have been thinking about inviting some custom makers to place their knives as consignments in the shop. Sell them for some percentage of the overall cost.
Does that sound like a decent idea or do I need to make another plan?

What he said, best of they are name maker knives. But sales seem to have slowed with the economy.
