Looking for loads for 375HH in Ruger 77
Has anyone loaded for a Ruger magnum rifle in 375HH? What velocities are you getting from this rifle?
Thanks in advance,
Terry

I'm using the 300gr Hornady RN over 67.0gr of IMR-4064 and a CCI200 with W-W cases... Getting 2500fps and it's an accurate and inexpensive plinking load. For game larger than deer or elk I'd go with the Nosler Partition or Swift A-Frame, as this Hornady RN is a bit fragile in comparison. It is an accurate bullet however and cheap.

My Ruger RSM shoots dead-on with all three express leaves with this load at 50, 100 and 200 yards.

76 grs 4350 IMR, 270 gr.Woodleigh PP. will yield from your 24" barrel, DEAD MOOSE fps. This same load from the 24" barrel and using the 300 gr. Woodleigh PP will yield Large Dead brown bear fps. Wink
