7mm weatherby 140 gr berger vld

Guys,
Need help... Anyone have some recipes for 7mm weatherby mag with berger 140 grain vld hunting bullets? Rifle is mark v with 24" 1x10 facctory weatherby setup.. Was thinking about using RL 22 but am open to any suggestions.. Thank you!!

Canadian reloarder

Never used the 140 VLD, but if it's any help I use Barnes 145 LRX. With 74 grs of Norma MRP ( max load in my rifle ) a Rem 9 1/2M primer with an OAL of 3.370 and Weatherby case I get 3327 ft/sec with great accuracy ( 3/4 three shot at 100 yds) Great load.
