Hornady 100gr. hollow point in 280 rem
Any one try this combo? Any success?

Is this bullet thinner skinned than their V-max?

It's just going to be for paper but might take the odd yote or lynx/bobcat. Not worried at all about the pelt on the yote.

I have shot some of them in my 7mm Rem Mag.

It was about 1 MOA as regards accuracy which is not bad. However, the similar bullet made by Sierra was even more accurate (about 5/8 inch groups at 100 yards). Of course, the next rifle may show the opposite preference exhibited by mine.

With either one there will be a lot of missing critter and a lot of pelt damage. :-O

I'm looking at the 110 TNT also.
