starmetalWhy not punch into Hodgdon Powder website, they have an online loading data there for all powders.
http://hodgdon.com/I have a CZ 22 Hornet, twist is the normal 16. I get great results with the Hornady 45 grain V-Max over top 10.8 grains of Winchester 296. Start low and work up to it should you decide to try it. I use the Lee Collet die, basically a neck sizer, and the accuracy with the mentioned load is .375 five shot groups at 100 yards. The brass lasts a lot longer too neck sizing.

k-22hornetI shoot a Ruger M77 in Hornet. The most accurate load I have found is: 11.7gr Lilgun under a 52gr Sierra HPBT, ignited by a small pistol primer. Shoots pennies at 100yds.
My coyote hunting load is a 45gr Barnes XLC over 13.0gr Lilgun, ignited by a small pistol primer. Shoots a bit under MOA.
I assemble the loads with a Lee Collet die.
With the Ruger M77, get and install a Timney Spring & Sear kit, or get a new trigger.
