For those still looking for an accurate load, these combos worked well for me today. The rifle is a CZ 550 American.

250 gr NBT
59.5 gr Rel 15
Fed 210 Primer
OAL 3.42"
Avg. velocity 2,552 fps
0.668" 3-shot group @ 100 yds.

270 gr Speer
57.0 gr Rel 15
Fed 210 Primer
OAL 3.32"
Avg. velocity 2,336 fps
0.960" 3 shot group @ 100 yds.

The Speer 270's shot about 8" lower than the 250's.

I also tried IMR 4320 and N202 under both bullets, same charge weights as the Rel 15. Accuracy was abysmal with the 4320, OK (1.55" - 1.722" 3-shot groups) with the N202. Velocities ran very close to Rel 15.

I had bought a box of the Norma 232 gr Vulkan factory loads just to see how accurate they were. They didn't shoot worth a hoot in my gun.
