todbartell260 Rem ~ 120 gr. Sierra MK
I've been having a heck of a time getting the 120 gr. Sierra MatchKing HPBT to shoot well in my stainless 700. So I swapped stocks, glass bedded/free floated, and tried some more.
I shot two groups at
335 yards , and the first went into 1.83" for 3 shots, and my second went into
0.63" ![[Eek!]](images/icons/shocked.gif)
A group at 100 yards was spoiled by a flyer, my first 2 shots went into 0.11".
Here it is:
120 gr. Sierra MatchKing @ 2.8"
38.0 grs. Hodgdon H4895
R-P case
CCI BR-2 match primer
~
2783 fps avg./22" barrel
Now, I'm all out of these bullets. Isn't that always the case?
