looking for some lite loads for starting a youngster on , i want to keep recoil down thanks buc

I never tested it, but I have a German reloading book for the H&N copper plated lead bullets. A 400grs High Speed flat nose and max. 23grs N110, will give ~1200f/s at OAL:2,55".
I use this bullet with great success in my .45-70 Sharps.
