Anyone have a good load for this ?
I'm looking to get 2400 fps with a 150gr Speer from a 23" barrel.

My old Lyman manual lists 43.0 grains of IMR 4320 behind the 150 grain Speer bullet for 2,457 fps out of a 29-1/2 in barrel as a start load. Max load 48.0 grains at 2,747 fps. 41.0 grains of IMR 4895 gave 2,392 fps as a start load and 46.0 gr max gave 2,732 fps. So, presuming a 25 fps decrease in velocity per inch shorter, you are probably looking at a load somewhere in the middle of the min-max range as a target with your 23 inch barrel.
