Yentna RiverMaddog,
E-mail woodleigh for help. I've done it a couple of times and they've always sent me good loading data for several of there heavy for cal. bullets.
I load the 350gr PP in my 375WBY. Its the most accurate bullet for this rifle that I've shoot so far.
Woodleigh makes a great bullet.

chuck375Yentna, what velocity are you getting with the 350g Woodleighs out of your 375 Weatherby. Would you recommend rechambering a CZ 550 from 375 H&H to 375 Wby. I plan to exclusively shoot the 350g Woodleighs.
Thanks,
Chuck

Yentna RiverCHUCK,
I'M GETTING 2500+ FROM A FACTORY REM. BARREL THAT WAS RECHAMBERED TO 375WBY. ( H4831SC, WIN 375HH BRASS, FED215 PRIMERS, 3/4" AT 100YD).
MY 375WBY SHOOTS FACTORY 375HH AMMO INTO 2" OR BETTER GROUPS AT 100YD. WHEN ZEROED 2" HIGH WITH THE 350 WOODLEIGH, THE FACTORY 375HH AMMO HITS THE BULL. VERY USABLE LOAD IF EVER NEEDED.
IMHO, ITS THE BEST 375 CHAMBERING AVAILABLE. YOU LOOSE NOTHING BECAUSE ITS STILL A 375HH IF YOU WANT IT TO BE AND IF YOU WANT MORE ITS THERE.
300GR AT 2750+, 270GR AT 2850+.
IF IT WAS MY RIFLE I'D RECHAMBER TO THE 375WBY.

chuck375Thanks much Steve, I"m going to shoot if for awhile at 375 H&H and build up some loads, then decide next winter if I want to rebarrel to 470 Capstick or rechamber to 375 Weatherby Magnum. A 350g Woodleigh bullet at 2500 fps certainly puts the 375 Wby right in amongst the 416s
Thanks again,
Chuck
