jonof007Rare Dumoulin Herstal .505 Gibbs
A very rare and special '1 of 10' made by Dumoulin Herstal of Belgium 'for' Browning in the late 1970's.
Double Square Bridge 'Mauser' action.
Ultra cool in every way.
It's been to SA once, where it dispatched a very large, angry, poorly and aggressive bull elephant that was causing massive problems within the herd.
'The' very epitome of large 'dangerous game' large bore rifles.
Enjoy!

You have a very nice .505 Gibbs, made by one of Belgiums best rifle makers.
Kevin "Doctari" Robertsons .505 Gibbs is also made by Dumoulin.
I own a .505 Gibbs made by P O Stenmark on a German GOLMATIC double square bridge Magnum Mauser 98 action. Also been to Africa.

sambarman338Very interesting. I had previously been under the impression Browning's outsourcing was limited to FN and Miroku.
