In your opinion, which rifle manufacturer makes rifles that give the best value for money,in terms of fit and finish, accuracy & reliability ,straight from the factory, particularly for a person on a limited budget?

On a limited budget I would buy a CZ and spend a little more to get the wrinkles smoothed out. Would still leave me with a lot less money spent in total.

If on a larger budget, I'd buy a Sako.

I know there will probably be an arguement after this, but for the money a Savage is the best.

Overall, clearly CZ. Savage also has a place, I'm told, where accuracy is more important than looks.

Model 70 Classic for everything below a Rigby based case. CZ 550 Magnum for Rigby and larger cases.

Savage 110. Ugly but effective. (I don't own one.)
