Best rings for Weaver rail?

Folks,

Anyone willing to opine ( [Eek!]

) on the top two or three best but modest cost scope rings for light scope to Weaver rail on a .416 Rigby?

How about the Leupold QRW or the top end Warnes?

If you don't need a quick release ring, check out the Burris Signature Series Zee rings......I'm using 2 to hold a big Nightforce scope on a 50 BMG.
