Hope this is what you wanted!
The .404 Jeffery is not rebated to that degree, that is more like a RUM cartridge.
Norma .404 Jeffery cases and even the old DWM cases I have are both like so:
head: 0.542"
rim: 0.542"
No rebate on my .404 Jeffery ammo, and that is a GOOD THING!!!
These are unfired case measurements. 0.544" might be the max brass or minimum chamber.
.537" rim is what COTW and a Wolfe Pub I have show, but it AIN"T RIGHT.
Those water capacities are good.
My fired .404 Jeffery cases hold about 115 grains water.
Here are some fired, sized case water capacities for .470 NE:
Norma: 150.5 grains
Federal Nickle: 150.3 grains
BELL: 145.2 grains
.470 Mbogo Brass by Quality Cartridge: 150.8 grains
You can use your sedate .470 NE loads in the .470 Mbogo to make it gentle.

RIP , the measurements, I posted came out of:
THE HANDLOADER'S MANUAL OF CARTRIDGE CONVERSIONS by
John J. Donnelly It is most likely your measurements are correct, because you measured actual cases! I guess we can add this book to the
COTW, , and
WOLFE PUBLISHING!
