How do you like your Model 70 Alaskan .375 H&H?
Since my attempt to ask this question on the Model 70 Alaskan thread went sideways, hopefully, this one will get responses on your impression of your Model 70 Alaskan .375 H&H.

I have an Alaskan I purchased in Dec. 2017. Made in Portugal. It looks good, is assembled well, and shoots great. And yes, all .375's have 2 crossbolts.

I like mine. Its light enough that it feels like a hunting rifle instead of an express rifle.

Mine is my new favorite rifle.
FN/ Portugal.
I bought it used for a good price on GB.
When I received it, didn't feed worth a damn.

Upon inspection he magazine spring was kinked at the first bend near the follower. The follower wouldn't lay straight.
First I ordered another magazine spring, then carefully bent the original spring back to spec.

Feeds like a charm now; plus I have a backup spring.

Weighs 8 pounds even with 3 Federal 300 TBBC in the magazine and Talley bases.

Weighs 9.25 pounds with attached Swarovski 1.25x4 Habitch illuminated.

Getting 1.5 inch groups at 100 yards with the scope and piss poor eyesight. Good trigger.

Love the lightweight and balance, mostly, but plan to cut back the barrel to 22 inches.
