Ruger 458 Lott, how many down?
Does the Ruger hold 3 or 4 lott rounds down? The Ruger website says 3 for the lott and 4 for the 375. But I know that often the websites aren't reliable for correct info. If it does only hold 3 down, is there a way to modify it easily to get 4 down? my Ruger should be here by the middle of next week! Can't wait.... it's gonna be like Christmas Big Grin

Mine holds three down. I can cram four into the magazine, but the top round will not be engauged by the bolt face correctly, resulting in a jam. Works flawlessy with three. Not sure it you could modify it to hold three down. Love to find out though.

Yep,

The RSM Lott holds 3 down in the mag. You will be very happy with your rifle...my RSM Lott is one of my favorites. PLEASE put a Limbsaver pad on it right away. The factory "pad" is crap and makes the Lott much nastier to shoot than it needs to be Mad
