Quick 'Smithing Question about a Ruger RSM.........

My grip cap is LOOSE on my .416 Rigby RSM, and is beginning to rotate.

How does it come off, what's the best way to fix it, and has it happened to anyone else???

The grip cap is held on by a single screw under the the brass Ruger emblem in the center. The only way to remove it that I have found is to pry the emblem out and tighten the screw. I would use some type of epoxy to secure it further.
Fortunatley the emblem is only $1.50 from ruger or brownels I forget which one I bought it from.
