Reloader 25 in 416 Rigby
Has anyone here tried Reloader 25 in 416 Rigby loads? Thanks

NickuduIt's O.K. but a touch slow in most rifles. RL-22 is better, IMHO. I'm assuming you're using 400 grain bullets.
Right, Nick.
RL 22 is almost identical to H4831 with 400 grain bullets. They are the top 2 powders for the .416 Rigby with 400 grainers and thereabouts.
Why use more powder to get less velocity, more recoil for a given velocity, and poorer accuracy? That would be the result of RL 25.
RL 25 might be good with 450-500 grain bullets in .416 Rigby if you care, but then again, why bother?
