McMillan Safari Express Stock Weight - CZ550
Can anyone provide me with the exact weight of the CZ550 "Safari Express" stock made by McMillan.

Searched the forum, can't find a specific answer. McMillan's website was also a bust.

Thanks.

Have you called McMillan directly for the information?

Emailed and called them today. Seeing if I can't get the answer quicker.

They can use different Fill to adjust the weight to meet your needs.

Per McMillans website, anything over 300 win mag gets the magnum fill.

FYI - Projected delivery time was 5 months on my McMillan stock. I received it last week, 13 months after placing the order.

Well dang, McMillan had one ready to ship, but didn't have the weight listed. Looks like someone else grabbed it up before I could.

I have the Bell & Carlson Medalist on order for my CZ .416. Is there a significant performance difference between the B&C and the McMillan, or do some simply prefer the fit and feel of one vs. the other?

I have also found the McMillan site to be less than fully informative. Very frustrating.

In case anyone is curious, a magnum fill CZ 550 express safari stock weighs, per McMillan, a little over 2.5 pounds.
