Heym "Express" Magnum .416 Rigby
I've been offered a new one of this in the UK for 2850.
As a tall chap (6ft7in) I'm concerned about length of pull. Does anyone have one or access to one they could measure?
More specifically now, how does the .416 shoot? Any good or bad points about this rifle/cartridge combination?
I am considering this gun for a Tanzanian Buffalo hunt.

500grainsI had one in .600 that was 14 1/2 or so inches LOP. Why not ask the place that is going to sell it to you just to be sure?

The rifle shoots the 500 jeffery round fine so the 416 Rigby should be no problem. It is a heavy rifle about ,5 kg more then your ave 416. it wil also hold five rounds, nice right. Please read the other message that I wrote to Thomas regarding the Heym Express.
The price is normal I payed 6.600 euros for mine and that was incl. gold monogram on the grip cap and extra rosewood on the pistolgrip to match the forend rosewood.
Cheers,
Andr
