I think I 've not done anything to you so that you insult me in every thread I open. If you do not want to answer do not do it but I ask that you leave me in peace, because I'm not hurting anybody, and I offended anyone. I simply ask what I do not know. I ask a moderator to take action to stop this man bother.

Thank you,

Oscar

Thank you, all that saving money is good. Besides having a 375 if I can take the pod to get the 458. Look for tools to cut and waisted sheath in Midwayiberica (this is a delegation of Midwayusa here in Spain). As I always say, a single wage costs and many do not give many options to whims.

375 H&H will work but will be a tad short.

Thanks I will consider, but I believe the 458 Lott comes from the pods of the 375 H & H cut. Indeed, often rifle is going to buy you.

A primed .375 case, 13 grs. Unique and fill with cornmeal. Put a 1/4 sheet of toilet paper on top of that and mash it down with the eraser end of a pencil. If it doesn't blow it out completely, raise the charge 1/2 gr. at a time but do not exceed 18 grs. They'll fireform fine. Just be very sure to clean the barrel when you're done.

I had a bunch of 375 H&H ammo that was too warm in one rifle , tho a good load in another .. I needed some 458 Lott brass and thot , wonder what will happen if I shoot this in the Lott .. So I did , perfect 458 Lott brass .... I was very suprised at how accurate it was ...

300 win mag would split the neck every time tho , as would 7 mag ........ Didn,t seem to do anything bad to the bore execpt soot it up ....

If someone is bugging you , just put them on ignore .. don,t stress about it ......it,s O K .....

I hope the 375 bullet didn't do damage to the rifling in the 458lott as bounced and skided the bore.

Masterrifleman hit the nail exactly. Before there was brass in 458 Lott I took 100s of 375s and blew them out exactly as Master says, only I used 15 grs Bullseye. Works great, cornmeal or flour, trim them and start loading! I still have all of mine and they have been shot a lot! Later I started doing the same thing with 416 Remington brass. Then along came Hornady, thank you!

Still have 375 and 416 Rem brass to make 470 Capstick, but I have retired them too!

No , I don,t think any of them touched the bore. I should have set up a target as it was I was just shooting at rocks and stuff

Ovny,

If you can find Hornady Basic Belted brass it's usually a bit cheaper than the Lott brass. Just size and then trim to length, load and go shoot it.
BOOM

Hello, I think friend that the best choice will be buy ammunition factory or the 458 Lott specific pods. I consider myself pretty clumsy and I would not have problems reloading. I see you if you have expertise, but I there are things I do not understand, perhaps by translations of the google. I am wishing to purchase my rifle (not yet so I) and to feel his caress shoulder. I am as always grateful and as always I apologise for the inconvenience.

A greeting

Oscar.
