Murray leather makes some. Top quality. I think they have a web page, but not sure.

The best I have come across are custom made by Jim Young, an old saddle shop owner he makes the best. Yes, these really work and are not decorative like most. There are no flaps, snaps, and embrodiery nonsense to hinder function. Mine are customed made to hold the bullets exposed at the top for quick retreival, spaced perfectly to allow my fingers to extract them easily and also they cradlle the bullet so the bullet does not slide out the loop by having a mostly closed tip but leaving a slight opening for drainage/circulation if you find the need to wash the mud and gunk off after a hunt. Cheap they are not but have stood the test of time and the abuse afield. I like my stuff rough and tough built for several lifetimes.
