Can you tell us about the stock pattern you used? I like the cheek piece...despite it being on the wrong side!

Yes a left and a right!
The pattern came from John Valicek the stock maker in Canyon Lake. Loosely, based off a Dakota stock.

Well, these orphans have finally come home. Congratulations after a long and convoluted journey. I saw them last week at Tip's before bluing and they were great then. He really means it when he says 'I'll get them finished this week." Quite unusual for a gunsmith. Bob
