fla3006Original W.J. Jeffery 375 magazine rifle
Here's an interesting old Jeffery magazine rifle for sale, looks like a full-length magnum Mauser action. Lots of character, not mine, just a public service announcement to the guys on this forum:

fla3006Final price $4505, a bonafide vintage classic steeped in tradition and history. Like Craigster said, if it could only talk.

Michael RobinsonI don't mind saying that that Jeffery, with its feather weight, steel buttplate and two inch eye relief scope, really scares the Hell out of me!
Great deal, though.

fla3006This same seller has another African classic, a very nice original BSA Lee Enfield sporter, similar to the one in "Ghost And The Darkness":

404WJJefferyHate to boast but..I just bought one of these, they are extremely rare. Mine is open sights, not drilled or tapped, very well balanced and beautiful rifle! I had never seen one before, and now I have seen two in the same week!
