Stock for a magnum Rugger action
I adopted a Ruger M77 458 Lott, from the local used gun rack, and need to get a stock with a 15in LOP. I want a synthetic stock, and so I called McMillan and was told that they do not make a stock for the magnum Rugger actions. Any one have a suggestion for a synthetic stock?

I have several RSM's and I have not heard of any off the shelf solutions. You may want to consider a wood laminate, just a thought. I'll look foward to what you find out.

Will a spacer and thicker recoil pad solve the problem for you?

You may want to consider Ken Rucker's Bump-Buster (TM) Hydraulic Recoil Reduction System

It can be adjusted to your LOP.
