Bchsflinte/ cape gun cal 20 g & 12,7X44R
Gentlemen

I am in the process of getting my hands on a Husqvarna bchsflinte model 17B in 20 gauge, and rifle barrel in 12,7x44R.
Does anyone have any idea how much such a gun should cost ?
The gun was made from 1891 to 1942. And only in cal 16 g and 20 with 12,7X44R rifle.
This is the rifle

I think that it could make a fun gun to own
345grn at 1312 fps.

Cheers,

I do not know if that particular rifle has any unique collector value, but generally here in the U.S. I would expect it to retail in the $1000 to $3500 range, possibly less a deduction for weird caliber. But it may take a long time to sell...

$2500 for 12 ga. x 38-55

$1000 for 12 ga. x 32-20

$1395 for Husq 16 ga. x 9.3-72R

In Sweden they generally sell for about SEK 1000 - 4000:-, depending on condition.

Another version of this gun had the rifle barrel chambered for the 9,3x57R. It could be used as is, or have the chamber opened to take the 9,3x72R.
Perhaps a little more user friendly than the 12,7?
