Reduced load for 375H&H

Looking for a reduced load using 300gr bullets for my wife's practice sessions.I would like MV's between 1800-2000FPS.Antyone have a favorite? Thanks! Bwana Dogo

If you are looking for reduced recoil why not load up some 235's with a light load?
