Ken in VA,

The best way to have these brass it to order directly to Germany. RWS are inr of the best 9.3X62 brass. The price will be lower than US price and carrying costs aren't expensive. I think you need a Federal Import License.

Check these following website
www.johannsen-jagd.de
www.shooting-center.de

Both speak english.

I hope that can help you

Brass is made / available from:

RWS, Geco ( cheaper line from RWS ), Norma, Sako, Lapua, Sellier & Bellot, Winchester ( made / loaded by Norma? ), Blaser, Hirtenberg ( soon ).

Of course you have to find a dealer.

Good shooting! Hermann

Both Midway and Huntingtons stock Norma 9.3 x 62 brass in bags of 100.

If you order any reloading component from overseas, be prepared for a long wait while it clears customs.
