ouick detach scope mounts

have a couple of F,N,safari rifles in 375 and
458 with a chance to start bear hunting in N.C. this is iron sights only.who makes the best detachable scope mounts for one inch scopes. also the simplest.. would like to add this is a great website and glad i found it, thanks..

I have found the Talley system to be one of the best. It is a simple lever system and comes back to original sight in on remounting.

I have Leupold Quick Detach mounts on a .270, a .300 Weatherby, and a .375 H&H -- all Remington 700s. I find them to be totally reliable. I haven't used them on anything larger than a .375, so I don't know how they'd work on a super-heavy kicker.
