Thomas MWhat about the new Lee Cast press
The Lee Cast press seems to be a good cheap buy compared to the Ultra Mag at least. Have any of you any experience or thoughts about the Lee press?
I load 338Lapua, 416 and 450 rigby and I hope some day a 500 Jeffe or A2.

Mike ScottRead the reviews at
http://www.midwayusa.comIt sounds like a winner and is the cheapest 50 BMG reloader by half or better.

huskyHi,
I bought one from Bryan Brassel at
www.10ring.com (-yes he shippes to Sweden!)
I use the press for .404, 9,3x74R, 9,3x62, 7x64 among other calibers and i hope that i will use it for .505 Gibbs and .458 Stewart 3".

I can strongly recommend the Lee Cast Press. I also have a Lyman Turret press -but haven't used it since i got the Lee Cast press.
Very much value for the money!

RustyI like my Lee Classic! Does my 450/400 3 inch without any problems. I can load 475#2 Jeffery and 500 3 inch with the press also. I do have to slide the shell holder a bit with the 475#2 Jeffery.

huskyPettson,
I paid $ 59.95 for the press and $ 48.00 in Surface freight. Air freight is: $65.25.
Ask the seller to ship the press from his private adress and as an "gift" -then you will have very good chances to avoid Swedish V.A.T.

For the US members at AR this seems crazy -but Midway Sweden sells the Lee Classic press for ~$194.00 + the freight in Sweden... So i could have bought two Lee Classic presses and have them shipped from the US for the same price as buying one in Sweden (+ freight)

With Surface freight it took about 8 weeks to get the press, so maybe one should consider to use air freight.
Pettson,
Maybe you should take up Swedish AR members
orders for The Lee Classic press and have one for free
