N E 450 No2A friend of mine had a Valmet in 12x12 and bbls in 12x308. It shot and worked good. Because it is on a 12 ga reciever it is a little larger than a "normal" 9,3 O/U. The bbls can be regulated by the shooter. I think Mac has had one or two of these.

Joey, I have never owned the TIKKA version, but I think it is exactly the same as the older Valmet 412! I've had a couple of these, and they are not pritty, but they are well made, and the ones I had were absolutely perfect in every way , functionally! I had a 9.3X74R, and a 375 Win, that I had rechambered to 375 JDJ. Mine had iron sights only, and I never used one with a scope, but I don't see anything to say bad about them, except they are ugly, and both of mine had single selective triggers, which I don't like on a double rifle!
I have a 12 ga Valmet Lion shotgun, with extractors, and a single selective trigger today. Though I have several fine shotguns, the Valmet is the one I grab when going dove hunting! I make doubles on dove with boreing regularity with that old Valmet! Based on my experience with Valmet, I believe they are sleepers, and well worth a look!

JOEYBONESThanks for the info , I didn't think it was all that ugly kinda utilitarian but not ugly. They are asking $1500.00 for it. I didn't think any sort of used double rifle could be had for that price.
