0.620" Cast Bullets From Custom Cast Bullets..70 cents each!
Gentlemen,

Update at the bottom in bold.

I have received an email from Mr. Wayne Doudna, who owns Custom Cast Bullets. I had emailed
him sometime back about a bullet for the .600 Nitro. He has responded that he is looking into getting
a mold.

He was wondering how much interest I thought there might be and what pressures people will be
running their .600 OK's at.

You can see his website at the following address and you can email him to tell him you are interested in some
bullets at his email addy that I have included.

ok heres the story!!!!! the mould will not be a promblem, it will be a 900gr. plain base as we cannot get gas checks on these but that will not be a promblem because of the lino and tin added to get these big babys hard!! that will also make them close to a 1000gr.s,,,, what is the promblem is, I would have to buy speacial star lube sizer made up which will be about $200 and the sizer die about $165 so that really isn't to bad! i would have to charge 70 cents apiece for them and i might go down with that depending on how many people we get! I also told a guy in utah that wants them pretty bad!! so let me know what you think and i will get back to magma and nei,,,,,
70 cents is by far better than $2.50 each for Woodleigh. How many people want to run their .600?

How hard can he make them.Or can he heat treat them, like the Fuseliers that I shot at 3200 fps
when developing my 458 HE.Ed.

He can make them br20, if you like.. he does my .510's and .459's that hard.

I just bought this mould

and sent it to him for my 58cal double...

.584, .578, .575 top to bottom band diameters.
