Added another to the collection today. The WFD made H&R handi rifles in cals .38 or larger legal during our "Primitive" season here in La, so it gave me a good excuse to buy another rig. I set up this exact rig last year and liked it so much I went with the same set-up.

Nothing fancy, but I think it turned out well for an inexpensive rig. It's an H&R Ultra with 24" bull bbl and laminate TH stock. The finish is pretty good, trigger feels nice, and feel & fit is just right.

I had a gift card to burn at Bass Pro, so I dropped by after I picked her up from the FFL and picked up dies, brass, bullets, a shell holder, and some extra powder. Going with the HDY FTX 325s, R+P Brass, IMR4198, and AA2015 for starters. I hope she's a shooter like the other I set up as it shot sub moa w/ factory 325 LRs.

That's the only cart chambered in that particular model. I wish it was chambered in 444mar as well.

Finished off a batch of loads last night with 2015, IMR4198, and the Hdy 325grn FTXs. Hope to rattle off some round in the morning and see what she'll do.
