Can anyone recommend a good quality red dot sight for a 416 Rigby?

Looking at something like aimpoint or along those lines.

The Aimpoint Micro will work well. I mounted one on a double rifle in .470 NE and it works very well and uneffected by recoil.

I like the Leupold RMR style Deltapoint sight.

Leupold Deltapoint! I have one on a 458 B&M that I have shot at least 200-250 full house loads with 350-450gr. bullets. The leupold has the largest, distortion free window and does not seam to alter the color of the target.
