Ruger RSM QD rings...how high?

Ok, I am getting a Ruger RSM in 416 Rigby back from restocking in the next few days, and I have decided to put a burris Safari with Warner QD mounts. One silly question, how high should these be? Medium or High?

Go medium for a Leupold or Burris scope as the high ones are for the 30mm and high objective scopes.
