In The Midst of a Thundering Herd
To many dust clouds to offer a clear shot.

Lots of Bulls Bellowing.

Time to clear the air and get this discussion room back on target.

If you have a serious beef with another poster, take it off line and communicate via email.

I really don't give a hoot about how much a person knows or claims to know as long as he is civil.

This whole infighting thing makes me consider a cease of posting as I do not want to draw out the nay sayers and arm chair experts and have to put up with the chaff.

The Shooters board died this way, all the knowledgable guys either quit posting or went to another forum.

If you were a supervisor or a parent, would you allow this silliness to go on with your subordinates or children?

The reason I post under my real name is to keep my self on track and stay out of trouble. Handles are a way to hide from reality.

The Old Man told me a neat thing that has kept me out of trouble and out of jail: "If you get into a peeing contest with a skunk, you will wind up smelling like one."

Regards, John

I completely agree John. The flaming degrades the quality of the forum. I never post on those threads and in addition as soon as I see it's a pissing contest I quit reading. Some folks didn't get a very good social education at from their parents. Thanks for posting.
