Truesdale from an article about the primary source?!?!?! Only three generations removed from the author? Smiler Seriously, I'm willing to accept Hollands 3 bore designation but I would still like to know the real bore diameter. Since it's apparently somewhere between a two and a four bore I'll sit down and dine on blackbird WITH YOU! Big Grin

Best,

John

If you want to go down that road, the Karl Gustav is 84mm, can be shoulder fired, just happens ther arent many "solid" projectiles! Smiler

it is rifled, had a cartridge case, projectiel and powder load... why not?!!?
