Quick release scope mount for CZ550 Magnum
I want to put a quick release scope mount on my Cz 550 416 Rigby. What fits/works? What have folks here done? Does EAW make a pivot or claw mount that would fit? The EAW would be my first choice but can't figure out if they make one that fits and can't get a hold of the Canadian distributor.

I have used the Warne medium QD rings on mine in 375H&H.

I have been very pleased with them. They hold zero pretty well and aren't ridiculously expensive.

Talley QD's. The best!

Talley makes a nice quality QR ring. Same split vertical style as Warne. I was going to sell my 30mm set, but found Bushnell Elite, a reasonable price 30mm illuminated recital low power variable. I am reconsidering trying that.

Based on look and feel (no experience)... the Tally looks like a good quality ring. Pricey but in long run seemed a fair value at $100 to $150 for a pair. I think Brownell has them, mine came used mounted on a CZ550.

Talley QDs. Haven't change point of impact with my 500 Jeff through 400 rounds and my Leupold 1.5 - 5x has been taken off and put back on 5 or 6 times ...

The talley's are good QD rings. I like the Leupold QRW rings. I always carry my rifles broken down(the short tuffpak)and I have never had to adjust my scope in Africa. They hold zero on my .300 WM and my .458 WM time after time.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I'll have a look at the Talleys for sure. I have some QD Warnes on my pre-64's so I had been considering those as well.

QD Warnes are what I have on my CZ .404 .... they work very well.
