I know that in the past the .405 Win has been used for big game like Moose,Bear and such and even used in Africa for Biger game but HOW efective is it realy I am looking at the specs on it and with factory loads it seems slower 2200fps with a 300gr bullet, is this for safety resons or what ??? I was thinking of taking my CZ-28ga or 20ga side by side and having a barrel set made in the .405 win....
