jens poulsenUltra superspark powerboost magnum primer
Hi!
I have thought of getting myself a Blackpowder double rifle(nothing special about that)

!. HOWEVER to ignite the powder with all the lightning and thunder as possible, I wonder if it was feasable to have cases made up, like in .450BPE or .500BPE using .50BMG primer?.

GeorgeSFeasible? Certainly. Costly? Definitely.
Why not just buy a 8 gauge shotgun and shoot blackpowder loads?

700 nitroyou call a 500 bpe alot of powder lol.....hahahah........sorry.
iv shot 10 bores 8 bores and 4 bores for around 5 years now with charges starting at 200 and going up to 500 grains of fg powder i also had a 2 bore under hammer shooting 600 grains of fg bp.
i had a sharps 45-120 and used winchester standard rifles primers i had the best acuracy and never had a mis fire.
magnum primers tend to shove the powder and bullet into the rifling befor the powder has time to burn belive it or not. unless using a massive crimp. iv been hunting with bp guns since i was 12.
